After the fish handling experience, you will listen to the head chef's story about the food culture of Shiga Prefecture and the fish of Lake Biwa while eating lunch at "Matsukado of Kamayaki Candy Rice" made with Biwamasu and local ingredients. "Hisago Sushi" is a restaurant that prides itself on dishes that take a modern turn on local ingredients and food culture. The head chef, Mr. Goshi Kawanishi, is a master of knife handling with the title of Seiwa Shijo-ryu Master of Japan Knife Do.
The participation fee is 13,000 yen for adults (judgment experience, take-out of 1 Biwamasu, lunch). Accompaniment plan 7700 yen (judgment experience and lunch). Visit: 6600 yen (lunch).
