"National Plum Wine Festival" held for the first time in front of JR Hakata Station|145 kinds of plum wine drinking comparison, sales of Shisai plum wine, etc.

The "1st National Plum Wine Festival in JR Hakata 2023" will be held from April 7 (Friday) to 9 (Sunday), 2023 at the bustling exchange space in front of Hakata Station Square. The event was organized by the Plum Wine Study Group (Ibaraki Prefecture) and JR Kyushu.

At the event, you can compare 154 kinds of plum wine from 90 sake breweries throughout Japan, and more than 150 kinds of plum wine will be sold immediately. There will also be a paid tasting and sale (30 bottles per day) of Dassai plum wine, which is made by Junmai Daiginjo with the finest ripe plums of Nanko plums. In addition, plum wine beer and food marriages will also be sold.

 

The special coin "Umesen 16 sen" is 1,400 yen in advance (handled by Seven Ticket) and 1,600 yen at the door. One cup of plum wine is 1~5 sen, one cup of plum wine tasting is 700 yen or 7 sen, and one bottle (720ml) is 14,300 yen. Other charges are included.

 

The event will be held on April 7 from 12 o'clock ~ 20 o'clock, April 6 from 10 o'clock ~ 20 o'clock, and April 7 from 10 o'clock ~ 18 o'clock.

 

The plum festival sponsored by the Plum Wine Research Association was canceled due to the Corona disaster, but it was held in Mito at the beginning of March this year. This year's event will be held for the first time in Hakata, followed by Tokyo (summer) and Kyoto (November).
