A new face in Nagoya Morning Homemade yogurt specialty store "Bo Branch" opened|For the health of local residents and business travelers
On Friday, April 14, 2023, the homemade yogurt specialty store "BOBRUNCH" (Izumi 2-6-6) will open in Higashi-ku, Nagoya. It is operated by Ishiwatari Co., Ltd., a long-established sweets package manufacturer (Nagoya City).

"Bo Branch" is a restaurant that proposes a new breakfast culture in Nagoya Morning. As a homemade yogurt, we are particular about fermentation time and temperature control, and we have a workshop attached to the store. The product lineup starts at a total of 10 types. The most basic "bob line yogurt" and its unsweetened version. There are "drained yogurt" that takes more than 12 hours to make, Nagoya-style bean paste, products made with fruit and aloe, and drinking yogurt. In addition, there are bread and canele made with homemade yogurt. In the future, we plan to develop yoggles using locally produced and seasonal ingredients.
Business hours are 8 a.m. ~ 7 p.m. (10 a.m. ~ on the first day), closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Take-out only from opening until mid-May. From then on, a café space will be set up in the store.
As Ishiwatari celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2025, the company considered opening a healthy restaurant from the perspective of contributing to the local community and decided on a homemade yogurt shop.
A spokesperson for Boblanch says, "We want to promote homemade yogurt as a new breakfast culture in Nagoya."
