ANA and MK Taxi Collaborate to Launch Universal MaaS "Bulk Support Arrangement" Service
On Monday, June 12, 2023, ANA and MK Taxi launched the Universal MaaS "Bulk Support Arrangement" service for passengers with disabilities.
With Bulk Support Arrangements, you can register the necessary information about assistance at the time of booking your airline ticket, and you can arrange MK taxis in one place and select a wheelchair-accessible vehicle type, supporting smooth transportation.
The service will be available on ANA flights (including codeshare flights), Itami (for Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe areas), and flights departing and arriving at Fukuoka Airport. To use the service, enter your assistance information when booking a flight ticket on the ANA website, and then go to "Airport Access". Search for vehicle routes from the departure point to the airport and from the airport to the final destination, and book a taxi with a wheelchair mark (limited to MK taxi service areas). The support information at the time of booking the flight ticket will be linked to MK Taxi, and you will be able to check the service information of the airport flat-rate taxi.
Universal MaaS is a demonstration project in which transportation companies such as ANA, map companies, and various other companies work together to provide services that support comfortable transportation for people who are hesitant to travel for some reason.
