Outdoor skating rink event "Smile Rink Sapporo" will be held in front of the Sapporo Provincial Government Red Brick Government Building

From February 1 (Thursday) ~ February 14 (Wednesday), 2024, an outdoor skating rink will be set up in the square Akapura (Kita 3-jo Square) in front of the Sapporo Provincial Government Red Brick Government Building, and the limited-time event "Smile Link Sapporo" will be held.

"Smile Link Sapporo" is a new outdoor skating event that was held for the first time in February this year. At the event, a skating rink will be set up with a tower, goodwill will be posted at the entrance, and while the venue will be staged with the theme of Japan festivals, there will also be a zone where you can enjoy skating and play in the snow.
 

 

Ticket prices (including shoes) are as follows. Advance sales began on November 20th at Lawson Ticket.

  • Weekdays: 1200 yen for adults, 700 yen for junior high and high school students, 300 yen for elementary school students and younger
  • Advance: 1700 yen for adults, 1200 yen for junior high and high school students, 700 yen for elementary school students and younger on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

▮ Same-day ticket

  • Weekdays: 1500 yen for adults, 1000 yen for junior high and high school students, 500 yen for elementary school students and younger
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 2,000 yen for adults, 1,500 yen for junior high and high school students, 1,000 yen for elementary school students and younger

 

The event is held from 13:00~21:00 on weekdays, 11:00~21:00 on weekends and holidays (last entry 20:30).

 

"Smile Link Sapporo" is organized by an executive committee of Sapporo City and Hokkaido Cultural Broadcasting. Sapporo City says, "We would like to continue this event every year." In addition, from 2008 to 2020, an outdoor skating rink under the TV tower was set up at the Sapporo Snow Festival, but it ended due to the Corona disaster.
