At the disaster-stricken area support event, 21 municipalities in 12 prefectures from disaster-stricken areas throughout Japan, including Noto Town and Nanao City in Ishikawa Prefecture, which were damaged by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, and Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, which was affected by Typhoon No. 10 in Reiwa 6, will sell special products provided as thank-you gifts for hometown tax payment.
A tent booth and a food truck will be set up at the venue, and about 30 specialty products will be sold. The selling price is 200 yen ~ 1600 yen per item, and the kitchen car gourmet is 200 yen ~ 900 yen. Producers of specialty products were affected by the disaster, such as partial destruction of factories, power outages, and water outages, and faced a situation where manufacturing and purchasing were halted.

If you complete the payment of the hometown tax by December 31, you will be able to deduct income tax for the current year and resident tax for the following year.
