Yomiuri Travel|Introduction of "Vaccine and Test Package" for Group Tours from October 1

Yomiuri Travel Co., Ltd. announced today that it will introduce a "Vaccine and Test Package" for group tours accompanied by tour conductors from Friday, October 1, and that tour participants must be vaccinated or have a negative test as a condition for participating in the tour.

The introduction of this package aims to recover the social economy with the "vaccine and test package" as the number of newly infected people is decreasing after more than half of the population has completed two vaccinations against the new coronavirus.

Specifically, if you are participating in a tour with a tour conductor after October 1 (Friday), you must have received two doses of the vaccine and at least 14 days have passed since the second vaccination to the day before departure (15 days or more for AstraZeneca), or a negative PCR test or antigen quantitative test at least 3 days before the departure date.
The company is explaining to those who booked tours from October onwards by phone.

Mr. Sakamoto, the company's president, said, "The vaccine and test package will be a trump card for the recovery of demand, and we want to respond to the desire of people who want to go on a trip while taking all possible measures to prevent infection." I'm commenting.
