Mystery writer Fuki Kosakai was born in Kanie Town as of Meiji 23 (died at the age of 38 in Showa 4). From the end of the Taisho period to the early Showa period, he published detective novels set in Kanie and Nagoya. Kanie Town is promoting Kanie Town, a town of mystery, by making a video of his works "Dead Candle" and "Anshijutsu".

To participate in the event, you will first listen to an explanation of the two courses "corpse candle" and "the art of death" at the Kanie Town Tourism Exchange Center "Festival". Choose a course and go around the four designated locations to shoot. After that, you'll go around two spots to solve the mystery and find the secret point. If you shoot a secret point, you will win a complete prize. Depending on the course, you will receive a cadaver candle LED candle (corpse candle) or a euthanistic syringe ballpoint pen (euthemic). In addition, you can also get a clear file for shooting at 4 locations. Prizes will be received by returning to the festival and presenting the photographs.

The festival is a 17-minute walk from Nagoya Station on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line and JR Kansai Main Line, get off at Kanie Station. You can use the parking lot of Kanie Shinmeisha, which is a 5-minute walk from the facility. Business hours are 9:30~17:00 (closed on Mondays).

In addition to transmitting the town of mystery, Kanie Town holds crab events because of the crab in the town name, and there are shops that offer ramen and croquettes using crabs. The celebrant said, "During the event, the crab season will be in season, so I want you to eat crab dishes and participate in the event." I say.
