Former factory site in Tsubame Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture|Manufacturing exhibition "Tsubame Sanjo Factory Museum" to be held in November
The Tsubame Sanjo Factory Festival Executive Committee in Niigata Prefecture will hold an exhibition "Tsubame Sanjo Factory Museum" from November 5 (Fri) ~ November 21 (Sun) to introduce manufacturing at the site of the former factory in Sanjo City.
The venue is the site of a former polishing machine manufacturing plant with a site of more than 2,000 meters (2) and a ceiling height of more than 6 meters. Product exhibits that show the manufacturing process of various products and comparisons between the past and present, flame projection mapping, Tsubame Sanjo's manufacturing chronology, hoe galleries in various parts of Japan, etc. On Saturdays and Sundays during the exhibition period, guided tour of the exhibition (11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.) will be held. There will be three live streams on the official website and SNS during the exhibition period, with different content each time.
Admission to the exhibition is free, and reservations are required in advance from the official website.
Tsubame Sanjo is located in the central part of the prefecture in the adjacent area of Sanjo City and Tsubame City, where the Niigata Shinkansen "Tsubame Sanjo Station" is located. Since 2013, we have been holding the "Tsubame Sanjo Factory Festival," an event to experience touring a local metal processing factory. The exhibition will be held in place of the Corona disaster and the festival of the factory.
