On Wednesday, December 1, the business hotel "Lev Matsuyamashi Station by Vessel Hotels" will open near Matsuyama City Station on the Iyo Railway in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. It is operated by Vessel Hotel Development (Hiroshima City).

The concept of the hotel is "THE STATION". It means the role of connecting guests and Matsuyama. There is an "Iyo Tetsu Room" that has been reused from the driver's seat, flooring, and straps of retired cars on the Iyo Line that have been active for about 60 years, and a room where you can see the tram. All rooms are equipped with Ehime crafts "Iyo Kasu" and "Tobe ware".

The breakfast buffet has a lineup of local dishes such as Uwajima sea bream, cooked sea bream, and Matsuyama octopus rice, as well as B-grade gourmet dishes such as Imabari yakitori, panzangi, and Imabari grilled pork egg rice. For drinks, we compare Ehime-like citrus juice and prepare local sake from Matsuyama in the morning.

There are 208 rooms, 8 types of rooms. The room rate (without meals) is 8,500 yen ~ (1 person) / 11,500 yen ~ (2 people) for a single shower booth, 25,500 yen ~ (1 person), 29,500 yen ~ (2 people), 31,500 yen ~ (3 people), 33,500 yen ~ (4 people for premium only) for the top-class Iyotetsu room and premium room. Depending on the type of room, it can be used by 2~4 people. In addition, there is also an accessible room with few steps. Children under the age of 18 are free of charge if they share a bed with their parents or grandparents.

Breakfast is 1,300 yen for adults, 800 yen for 6~12 years old, and free for children under 5 years old. Meals are available for adults 1,800 yen, 6~12 years old 1,500 yen, and 5 years old and under 900 yen.

The building has a large public bath with a sauna and a private family bath. Baby products are provided free of charge.
