The Bread Festival Executive Committee will hold "Bread Festival 2022 Spring in Yokohama Red Brick" on March 11 (Fri) ~ 13 (Sun) at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Event Square, where popular bakeries from all over the country will set up stalls. In addition, voting for the annual bread award "Bread Festival Award 2021" has started today. The executive committee consists of PIA, which sells tickets, and Segumo, which operates a bread-related test.

Since 2016, the festival has been held as an annual event with the theme of meeting the best bread. This year, more than 30 popular bakeries from Hokkaido to Okinawa will open. Most bakeries plan to open for three days, Some bakeries are only open for one or two days.
