The hotel has 259 rooms. There are three types of guest rooms. The main features of the rooms are a single 140 cm wide bed and a double 160 cm wide bed. The twin has a separate bathroom and toilet. There are also some connecting rooms where two rooms are connected inside. Facilities include a 40-inch TV (video distribution, HDMI, USB) and a humidifying air purifier. Breakfast is a buffet meal made with Hokkaido ingredients.
