A new gourmet food in Atami|Seafood-based soft cream and more

Atami Nagisa Town Fish Bowl Bistro has started selling "Soft Toro Cream" and "Bite Sushi Rolls (2 types)" as a new take-out menu.

The soft-serve ice cream-like "Sofu Toro Cream" (500 yen) is for those who want to eat sweets and gourmet food little by little while sightseeing in Atami. The sushi rolls are "Toro Toro Toro Roll" (1,350 yen) and "Salmon Avoga Roll" (1,200 yen). It features a style that is easy to share with a group.

 

The product ingredients are "Sofu Toro Cream" is shari, negitoro, chopped bean paste, masco, green onion, and corn. "Toro Torotoro Roll" is yellowfin tuna, southern tuna, medium toro, bintoro, negitoro, yellowfin tuna pickled lean meat, masco, green onion, wasabi, sesame, and thick roll. "Salmon Avoga Roll" is a salmon pound, avocado, masco, wasabi, and thick roll. The contents of the thick roll are fried egg, cucumber, and kanpyo.

Business hours are 11 a.m. ~ 9 p.m. (L.O 6 p.m. for takeout). Closed on the third Friday of every month.

 

The restaurant was opened in October 2020 by Yume Takara, a restaurant company in Atami City. In addition to the main seafood bowl, meat and pasta are served. 12 minutes walk from JR Atami Station.

The person in charge of development said, "It took about one month to develop the product for the tourist season, and we would like to increase the variety of rolls and soft cream in the future according to the season."
