The Shinhotaka Ropeway in Okuhida Onsen Township, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, will sell summer vacation free research kits for elementary school students from July 16 (Sat) ~ August 31 (Wed).
The free research kit allows you to do homework during the summer vacation while playing in the nature around the ropeway. First, after obtaining a study notebook, take a gondola to the observatory at an altitude of 2,000 meters. The mission is to learn about the Northern Alps at the observatory and send postcards home from the highest post in Japan. After that, we went to the visitor center to learn about the flora and fauna and make a tote bag using what we collected along the way. Finally, complete three missions on the nature observation trail of Nabehira Plateau. As you progress, you will write in your study notebook, read trivia, and learn naturally. Travel time is 1 hour 30 minutes ~ 2 hours. Return home to review and complete your study notes.
