"Rakudoan" is a revival of a 120-year-old private house in a scattered village where private houses are scattered in the paddy fields that symbolize the Tonami Plain. Japanese paper and silk are used for the interior, and folk crafts, crafts, and contemporary art are displayed in each space. There is an Italian restaurant on the premises that uses ingredients from Toyama, and an area that sells Toyama food and folk crafts.

The concept of the inn is "Dotoku", which expresses the dignity of people and nature creating together. From the words left by Yanagi Munetsu, the father of the folk art movement, during his visit to Toyama, "There is a virtue here." "We will incorporate the spirit of Totoku and work on the preservation and future inheritance of scattered villages based on the inn" (Mizuto Takumi). "Dotoku" is also expressed in furniture and exhibits.
