"VANkation" is a coined word that combines "VAN LIFE" and "workation". It is a style in which you put your office on the back of a van and work wherever you want, at any time you want. Monitor participants spend their time on a workcation while going around the island.

As a general rule, the number of monitoring days is 2 nights and 3 days. The organizers have prepared model courses for "work-oriented," "sightseeing-oriented," and "camping." In fact, participants can come up with their own plans.

The monitor organizers provide van rental (insurance included), accommodation (breakfast and dinner included), camping ingredients, equipment, etc. You are responsible for the round-trip transportation from your home to Himeshima Port (there is a separate subsidy system of up to 15,000 yen). The van used is an AT vehicle (2-seater).

The maximum number of participants must be 20 years old or older (license holders) and participate in the survey. In the case of two people, one person is the license holder. Answer questionnaires and disseminate information on SNS. To apply, Himeshima Ecotourism official website From. After the application deadline (October 7), you will be notified of the result.
