9 municipalities in the Hitoyoshi Kuma area, Kumamoto Prefecture|Recruiting participants for the car stay monitor tour
In the Hitoyoshi Kuma area of Kumamoto Prefecture, which was damaged by heavy rains in July last year, the Nishikimachi Tourism Association and nine municipalities in the southern part of the prefecture have started recruiting a total of 100 groups of participants for the Hitoyoshi Kuma Monitor Tour in Kurumahaku from August 1 (Sun) ~ August 31 (Tue).

The tour covers nine municipalities in the southern part of the prefecture (Nishiki Town, Asagiri Town, Taragi Town, Yuzen Town, Mizukami Village, Sagara Village, Itsuki Village, and Tsunagi Town) in the Hitoyoshi Kuma area, which are currently not served by the JR Hisatsu Line and Kumagawa Railway. Conducted with the aim of supporting the reconstruction of the region and creating a new trip for the Corona disaster.
The recruitment of monitors is set for 2 days and 1 night between August 1 (Sun) ~ August 31 (Tue), and 1 group per day (100 pairs in total) is recruited by lottery in each region. The condition for participation is to answer the monitor questionnaire after the end of the trip.
If you wish to be a monitor, select the desired date and the desired car accommodation facility from the recruitment site and apply. Draws are held every August 1st ~ 10th, August 11th ~ 20th, August 21st ~ 31st. Results will be communicated only to the winners.
Before staying in the car, the winner will visit the Hitoyoshi Naval Air Station Museum in Nishiki Town, Kuma District. Secret Base Museum Reception at. Kumamoto Prefecture South Travel Book, design tumbler, Kuma shochu, and local snacks are provided at the reception.
