Summer vacation parent and child stamp rally in the Minami-Aso area|New Aso Bridge opens in March this year

The Aso Regional Tourism Federation will hold the "Summer Vacation Outing Stamp Rally 2021" from July 22 (Thursday) ~ August 31 (Tuesday) to tour the Minami-Aso area with parents and children, starting from the "New Aso Bridge" that opened in March this year.

In Minami-Aso, the Aso Bridge collapsed in the Kumamoto earthquake in Heisei 28, and the transportation network with Kumamoto City and other cities was disrupted. In March of this year, the new Aso Bridge was opened near the ruins of the Aso Bridge, improving access. Currently, the Shin-Aso Bridge is beginning to be visited by many people as a tourist spot.

The stamp rally is for parents and children during the summer vacation to visit Otsu Town, Minamiaso Village, and Takamoto Village in Minamiaso. To participate, obtain a mount for the rally spot stamp rally, which is one of three locations in each of the three towns and villages (9 locations in total), and collect stamps while visiting at least one place in each town and village, for a total of three or more locations. If you bring the collected stamps to the exchange office (one in each of the three towns and villages), the first 3,000 people will receive one of "colored pencils or crayons + notebook", "fan", or "Aso chopsticks". In addition, if you fill out the necessary information and put it in the ballot box, a total of 84 people will be selected by lottery to win an "assortment of special products & gold new Aso chopsticks".
