Renewal of the boat landing point "Hiyorimi Terrace" in Iki, Nagasaki Prefecture|Offering a local specialty squid burger
On Monday, August 2, the Fishery Cooperative Association of Katsumoto, Iki Island, Nagasaki Prefecture, reopened the sightseeing boat dock "Hiyorimi Terrace" with a café.

The food served at the café includes Katsumoto's famous squid "Hiyorimi Burger" (600 yen) and squid rings (500 yen). Drinks include local craft beer (600 yen). Set menus are also available. Business hours are 9 a.m. ~ 5 p.m.
The terrace is a facility that doubles as a Tatsunoshima sightseeing boat terminal and a tourist information center located at the northernmost tip of Iki. The name comes from the opportunistic system from the end of the Meiji era, when the sea was stormy and fishermen gathered under a yellow flag and decided to set sail.
Tatsunoshima, which has a ferry from the terrace, is an uninhabited beach with a reputation for its transparency and shallow white sand. Recently, the phenomenon of empty ships has become a hot topic (about once a year). This summer, due to the Corona disaster, the ferry crossing is limited to travel agency tours or group reservations of 15 or more people.
The staff said, "When you come to Iki, I want you to stop by the terrace and eat the Hiyorimi Burger.
