OCVB announces the results of the Okinawan ingredient recipe contest named after "Chimu Don Don"|Collaboration with Cookpad

On Monday, October 31, the Okinawa Convention & Visitors Bureau announced the results of the Okinawa Ingredient Recipe Contest held in collaboration with the recipe site "Cookpad" in the special corner of the NHK TV series "Chimu Don Don no Stage: Okinawa" on the official tourism site "Okinawa Monogatari".

The concept of the contest is "a recipe that you want to eat with your favorite people, make it, and make you smile using Okinawan ingredients." From July to September, in reference to the theme of Okinawan cuisine on NHK's "Chimu Don Don", we solicited recipes for Okinawan ingredients in cooperation with "Cookpad". Judging was conducted in cooperation with the program " Laughing Taste Shop The owner, Mr. Kinjo, also participated.

 

 Excellence The grand prize was "Omutaco rice with tropical ♪ pineapple". The Special Jury Prize went to "Shima Tofu and Shima Rakkyo Tartar Spring Rolls" and "Fresh Spring Rolls ~Mozuku Pineapple Sauce~", while the Cookpad News Editor-in-Chief Award went to "Mozuku and Pork Cooked Rice" and "Okinawan Sea Memories Stew".
