Today and tomorrow Dinosaur Kingdom Fukui Prefecture will hold a large-scale event at Tokyo Station|Hokuriku Shinkansen Opening Promotions
On Saturday, November 5 and Sunday, November 6, Fukui Prefecture is holding the "Hokuriku Shinkansen Fukui-Tsuruga Opening Countdown Campaign" in preparation for the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen Fukui-Tsuruga in the spring of 2024.
The countdown campaign is being held from Tuesday, November 1 at JR Japan Tokyo Station, a local government event, and KITTE, a commercial facility adjacent to it. Fukui Prefecture advertises that it is the largest event ever held by a single municipality.
As an attraction, a full-size replica of a Tyrannosaurus rex will be exhibited at JR "Tokyo Station" (silver bell waiting area) with the theme of the dinosaur kingdom of Fukui. On the weekend, a dinosaur experience "DINO-A-LIVE Show" will be held on the 1st floor of KITTE₋, and a photo spot will be set up (silver bell waiting area).
At Square Zero on the first basement floor of Tokyo Station, there is a "Fukui Prefecture Product Fair", a digital stamp rally (6 checkpoints) where you can win Fukui specialties, tourism PR, etc.
