Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture announced that it will hold the "11th All Japan Pillow Throwing Tournament in Ito Onsen" on February 25 (Sat) and 26 (Sun) in the 5th year of Reiwa, and started recruiting participating teams.

The number of teams is 32 in the general division (including the defending champions). Six teams in the children's division for all grades of elementary school. One team consists of 8 players (up to 10 registered players). Participation fee: 5,000 yen per team (with insurance). Conditions for participation include the national team must be 18 years of age or older, the prohibition of participation and involvement in organized crime groups, and the corona situation at the participating athlete bases.

 

To apply for participation, submit the prescribed documents to the Ito Tourism Association by Friday, December 9. The document form can be downloaded from the official website of the Tourism Association. After screening the application documents, you will be notified of your participation in late December. Once the participation is decided, it is not possible to change to a person other than the registered applicant.
