Arashiden Immerses in the Filming Site "Japan Movie Pilgrimage Tour"|Movie Day (12/1) 250,000 yen tour contents announced in 2 hours

Keifuku Electric Railway (Kyoto Prefecture) will hold the "Japan Movie Pilgrimage Tour" from December to January, where you can immerse yourself in the movie shooting site. In addition, on December 1 (Movie Day), we will open the information site "Nippon Cinema Retro Kyoto" to disseminate the film heritage of Kyoto.

The project is an initiative to disseminate the "Uzumasa area," a sacred place for Japan movies along the Arashiyama Main Line and Kitano Line.
There are three types of tours. "Shochiku Studio Private Tour" (12/24 and 25), including a studio tour, a gambling house experience with actors, a tour of the sword master's fighting, and a sword fighting lesson. Enjoy the secret stories of filming and a guide to the government office "Exploring the filming location of the town of Kinema" (1/17). "Toei Kyoto Studio Premium Costume Samurai Ninja Tour" (order) where you will be instructed by actors in period drama costumes.

 

The highlight is the "Shochiku Studio Private Tour", which takes 2 hours and costs 250,000 yen. Details will be announced at a press conference on December 1 (Movie Day) and on the information site "Nippon Cinema Retro Kyoto" released on the same day. The information site introduces Shochiku and Toei studios, historical drama locations, and videos of stars.

 

The project was adopted by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and collaborated with Toei, Shochiku, Daiei-dori Shopping Street, and JR West Japan.
