At "Shizuchika" in the basement of the north exit of JR Shizuoka Station, a special café with the theme of new tea is open for a limited time until May 30 (Tuesday).

The café was opened by Shizuoka City to coincide with the new tea season with the aim of promoting locally produced new tea. In the store, we offer a limited number of sets (3,000 yen) with sweets of the famous tea "Takamine no Kaka" produced in Ryokawachi, Shimizu Ward, which is produced only a few kilograms a year. In addition, events related to tea are scheduled.
It is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (closed on Wednesdays) and on May 10 and 17. From Thursday, June 1, a café with the theme of "history" will open for a limited time.
