Himi City holds "Secret Kombu Summit" at 18 stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area|Grand Prix by voting

The "Secret Kombu Summit" will be held at 18 stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area and 6 stores in Himi City. People who have eaten the original kelp menu at the store will evaluate the taste, appearance, price, etc., and vote on the web to decide the grand prize.

 

The participating stores are called "Tsunagu Places" and various types of businesses such as Japanese food, American, and bars will participate. In Tokyo, there are pros and cons (Ebisu), port town bar (Nakameguro), Baker Bounce (Sangenjaya), etc. Selected stores for Tsunagu are subject to the use of Himi ingredients and the desire to support Himi. In conjunction with this initiative, Himi City has published a web booklet "Himibimi vol.4".
