JTB Okinawa is the first to commercialize its own lodging facilities. This is explained as "part of the Okinawa area development project in collaboration with local businesses with the aim of improving the value of the stay of visitors to the sea." The operation and management of the facility is handled by Sea Friend, a marine sports operator. From mid-October, limited sales of accommodation discount tickets are also scheduled on the crowdfunding site "Makuake".

Tokashiki Island is about 40 minutes by high-speed boat from Nahadomari Port. Located in the Kerama Islands National Park, the highly transparent sea is called "Kerama Blue".
