Izu Kawazu Town Shrimp Net Fishery Experience Monitor Program Held|Full-scale experience from 6 a.m.
In November 2023, Izu Kawazu Town will hold a total of four monitoring programs for lobster shrimp net fishing experiences. We are currently recruiting participants.
This is the first time that this monitor program has been attempted, and you can experience the removal of the net of Kawazu Town's specialty "Ise shrimp". You will experience the work of a fisherman who removes shrimp from his net and removes fish and garbage from the net, similar to what you see on TV. After the work, there is breakfast time at the fishing port, where rice balls and crab miso soup are prepared.
The event will be held on November 12 (Sun.), 16 (Thu.), 18 (Sat.), and 20 (Mon.), and the time is 6:00~8:30 (meeting 5:45). Participation is free and you can participate in the survey.
