In autumn, the conditions around Lake Mashu are better for stargazing, and when the weather is clear, thousands of stars can be seen with the naked eye. This time, the light production of more than 10,000 phosphorescent stones will further enhance the stars in the sky. Phosphorescent stones were gradually installed from the beginning of September to adjust the luminescence, and the number of phosphorescent stones has now exceeded 10,000. Phosphorescent stones peak their luminescence for 2~3 hours after sunset and gradually darken. The best time to see the starry sky is until mid-December, and the local weather conditions are Present-day Lake Mashu You can check it at:

Lake Mashu Kamui Terrace is a facility built on a 500-meter-high outer ring mountain overlooking the lake, and the former rest house was renovated in July last year. The take-out menu "Mashu Blue Soft" soft-serve ice cream and "Mashu Coffee" soybean coffee are popular.
