From December 18, 2023, Japan Tourist has started selling two new types of web-compatible travel vouchers, the card-type gift certificate "Free Selection" and the catalog gift type "Best Selection", on its official website and stores nationwide.
As a feature of each travel ticket, the "Free Selection" has seven types of prices ranging from 1,000 yen to 500,000 yen, and is valid for 5 years from the day after the date of issue. It can be used for products sold on the official Two website and in stores. The "Best Selection" ranges from 50,000 yen (127 hotels) to 500,000 yen (23 hotels), and you can choose a pair accommodation plan from 4 types of digital catalogs. The validity period is from the day after the date of issue to one year later.
Travel vouchers can be purchased on the official website of Kinto, at stores and agencies nationwide. After registering for use on the designated site, the user can reserve the free plan on the official website or nearby stores, and the best selection can be reserved by phone or at the store.
Conventional paper travel vouchers and catalog gifts require in-store procedures and mailing to call centers, but web-based support makes them easier to use.
