Okinawa Prefecture|Blue wristbands create momentum for a new style of tourism

Economic organizations in Okinawa Prefecture will implement the "OKINAWA BLUE POWER Project" from August 1 (Sun) ~ September 30 (Thu) to boost the tourism economy, which is exhausted by the Corona disaster.

OKINAWA BLUE POWER

The project aims to create momentum for a new style of tourism that allows people to enjoy Okinawa with peace of mind.
Specifically, in order to show support for the project, travelers will receive a blue wristband if they obtain a negative PCR test certificate or vaccination certificate before coming to the coast and present it at Naha Airport. Travelers wearing wristbands can enjoy benefits when they use designated tourist facilities and restaurants.
You can present your certificate and pick up your wristband at the Naha Airport Tourist Information Center, Okinawa Tourist Information Center, and Okinawa Prefectural Rental Car Association member reception counters. The store where you can receive the benefits has an official sticker of the Shisa character at the entrance. You can also find it on Twitter and Instagram in the "#オキナワブルーパワー協力店".

On the special website "#オキナワブルーパワー", people from all over the country who think of Okinawa are distributing "blue icons" that can be installed on their SNS. In addition, we are calling for people to post messages of support with the hashtag "#オキナワブルーパワー".
