Enjoy Oden culture from all over the country at the "Shizuoka Oden Festival 2024" -59 stores in 10 regions in one place
For three days from March 1 (Friday) ~ March 3 (Sunday), 2024, "Shizuoka Oden Festival 2024" will be held around the event plaza in front of the Aoi Ward Office in Shizuoka City. At the venue, 59 local oden stalls selected from 10 regions across the country will gather in one place.
The Shizuoka Oden Festival is an annual event held since 2006. "Shizuoka Oden" is a unique pitch-black soup with black hanpen and dashi-flour. You can enjoy unique oden from all over the country, such as "Himeji Oden" with ginger soy sauce and "Toyama Oden" with its popular crab face. In addition, local sake and local gourmet food are also served.
The event will be held from 16:00~21:00 on March 1st, 10:00~21:00 on March 2nd, and 10:00~18:00 on March 3rd. Access to the venue is about a 10-minute walk from JR Shizuoka Station and a 7-minute walk from Shin-Shizuoka Station.
