Yokohama sightseeing information introduces 23 facilities that can be enjoyed with young children-8 items such as diaper changing tables are displayed as icons

On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the Yokohama City Tourism Official Website "Yokohama Tourism Information" released the "Yokohama Recommended Spots with Children Feature" featuring leisure spots that can be enjoyed with children aged 1~6 years. The site is operated by the Yokohama Convention Bureau.

On the special page, in the three areas of "playing," "learning," and "eating," spots in Yokohama city for families with children are introduced. In the "Play" section, there are 9 facilities, including the "Yokohama Anpanman Children's Museum" and the layground facility "Laste Green". In the area of learning, there are eight facilities, including corporate museums such as the Mitsubishi Minato Mirai Technology Museum and JICA Yokohama, as well as science and museums. In the "Eat" section, restaurants and cafes with cute sweets and children's menus are introduced.

On the special feature page, the location of each facility is shown on a map, and the presence or absence of eight facilities that you want to know in advance, such as the presence or absence of a diaper changing table and a nursing space, is displayed as an icon.

The Yokohama Convention Bureau says, "Yokohama City has published a special feature because it is focusing on supporting infant and toddler child rearing, and we would like to further enhance the facility information in the future."
