2 days and 1 night monitor tour to experience fishing and learn about the SDGs of the sea in Oarai, Ibaraki Prefecture|Tokyo Station 9,800 yen
The Oarai Town Fishery Cooperative Association in Ibaraki Prefecture and Japan Travel will hold a "Oarai Town Fishery Experience 1 Night 2 Days Monitor Bus Tour" on Saturdays and Sundays in early and late October to learn about the SDGs (Goal 14) of the Oarai fishery and the sea.

The tour will be held twice a day, 10/2 (Sat) ~ 3 (Sun) and 10/23 (Sat) ~ 24 (Sun). The participation fee of 9,800 yen includes sightseeing experience and accommodation, round-trip bus from Tokyo Station to Oarai, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner.
The tour itinerary departs from Tokyo Station at 9:00 on the first day and goes to Oarai. After arriving in Oarai, we had lunch. After stopping at Oarai Beach, board a marine garbage collection yacht at Oarai Marina. After listening to the stories of experts who conduct garbage clean-up activities in the Pacific Ocean, you will experience trash picking. The accommodation is an inn in Oarai Town. On the second day, we went out to the fishing ground at 8 a.m. and experienced the traditional fishing method of "one-boat pulling". After going ashore and having lunch, we went sightseeing at the Mentaiko Theme Park. After shopping at the market. Return to Tokyo Station (arr. 17:00). The maximum number of participants is 20 each time (minimum 10 people).
