Okuhida Onsen Village is divided into five areas: Hirayu, Fukuchi, Shin-Hirayu, Tochio, and Shinhotaka, and more than 100 hot springs are hot and abundant, making it an environment where open-air baths are easy to maintain. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of "Open-Air Bath Day" in 1993, when the local tourism association designated June 26 as "Open-Air Bath Day" every year after the sequence of numbers "6.26" in reference to "Rotenburo".

This year, in addition to last year's four day-trip hot springs, two hot spring inns will also be open for free. At the same time, a stamp rally will be held where commemorative gifts will be given to those who collect stamps for four open-air baths.
