"Sorachi Wine × Wine Festa 2024" held in Takigawa City, Hokkaido - Sorachi Wine and Gastronomy Festival

On Saturday, August 24, 2014, the Sorachi Wine × Wine Festa, a wine event celebrating its 11th year, will be held at Peace Park in Takigawa City, a Sorachi area located in the center of Hokkaido. On the day of the event, there will be products produced by six wineries: Takigawa City's only winery "Ebe Otsu Wein", "YAMAZAKI WINERY" (Mikasa City), "TAKIZAWA WINERY" (Mikasa City), "Takasui Winery" (Iwamizawa City), "Tsurunuma Winery" (Urausu Town), and "Tsuruyama vineyard" (Numata Town) ( ※ ）。 These wines are provided by Kobayashi Shuten, a local sake store founded in Showa 47 that handles a large number of Hokkaido wines.

There are plenty of gourmet foods, and there are six businesses offering steak sandwiches, garlic shrimp, pizza, etc. In addition, there will be talk shows and jazz performances by winemakers.

Admission to the event is based on a paid ticket system. Advance tickets are 4,000 yen and include three glasses of wine, antipasto, a glass, and a raffle ticket until August 21st. Same-day admission tickets are 1,000 yen and include a glass and a lottery ticket. One glass of wine (600 yen ~ 1,000 yen), a bottle (3,500 yen ~ 6,500 yen) and meals can be purchased with cash.

The event will be held from 15:00 to 20:00 rain or shine.

Local access is about 50 minutes from JR Sapporo Station to JR Takigawa Station, and about 85 minutes from JR New Chitose Airport Station to JR Takigawa Station. A 13-minute walk from JR Takigawa Station.

The Takigawa City Tourism Division will advertise that "we are preparing rare wines such as Ebe Otsu Wein (photo), which was shipped for the first time in 2019, so we hope you can enjoy it while getting drunk with live jazz music."
