Stay in Uonuma City and start accepting touring campaign - Providing a total of 2,000 yen worth of coupons for autumn travel
From Monday, August 19, 2024, the Uonuma City Tourism Association in Niigata Prefecture will hold a "Stay in Uonuma City Excursion Campaign" that will provide a total of 2,000 yen worth of coupons to those who make reservations for eligible accommodations in Uonuma City. The campaign offers a 1,000 yen coupon that can be used at accommodation facilities in Uonuma City, and a 1,000 yen coupon that can be used at roadside stations, product halls, and participating stores of the "Manpuku Uonuma Set Meal". The coupon can be used from September 20 (Friday) ~ November 31 (Saturday).
The target of the campaign is users who live outside Uonuma City and spend 5,500 yen (tax included) or more per night at a participating accommodation facility for leisure purposes (up to 2 nights). Coupons are issued at check-in at the property. The coupon issuance period is September 20 (Friday) ~ November 29 (Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and the day before holidays. A total of 6,000 coupons are available for the campaign.
A total of 25 facilities (as of now) are eligible, including Oyu Onsen, Oridate Onsen, and other hotels, inns, and guest houses in various parts of Uonuma City. Information on the souvenir shop will be announced at a later date. The detailed name of the facility is posted on the official website.
The campaign will be held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Uonuma City and the name change from Koide IC to Uonuma IC on the Kanetsu Expressway. The secretariat is the Uonuma City Tourism Association.
