[Tasting review]

The editorial department participated in the "tasting party" held at noon on October 3 and experienced spice curry from Osaka for the first time. The spicy curry in the photo is a recommended dish for first-time visitors. First, I was instructed to take turns eating with a shishito in my left hand and a spoon in my right. It is a soup curry type with a mild spiciness and a mellow taste. The flavors of the spices overlap, and the combination of soup, minced meat, and rice is fresh. It's a memorable dish that makes you want to eat it again. It was a treat. Next time, I would like to try one of the dry menus.
