Aomori Prefecture's official SNS "Aomori Biiki" has exceeded 5,700 members-Noodle clubs, sake and izakaya clubs are booming.

Aomori Prefecture announced that the official fan community "Aomori Biiki" released in July 2024 has exceeded 5,700 members as of November 18, exceeding this year's target of 5,000 members.

"Aomori Biiki" is a membership-based SNS-type community where people who love the charm of Aomori Prefecture gather to share experiences and information. Covering a variety of themes such as tourism, culture, gourmet food, and nature in Aomori, participants from inside and outside the prefecture delve deeper into the charms of Aomori.

 

The community is divided into five areas, and unique club activities are active. For example, there are "noodle clubs" and "sake and izakaya clubs" in the gourmet field, "festival clubs" and "kotsugaru clubs" in the history and culture field, and "hot springs and sauna clubs" and "scenic scenery" in the nature field. In addition, in the field of events, information on local festivals and events is shared, and free exchanges are carried out in free talks.

 

In each field, "navigators" who serve as residents of Aomori and "ambassadors" who are Aomori fans outside the prefecture are appointed to support interaction between members, and a rank system and benefits are provided according to the performance of activities.

 

Aomori Biiki " is available on the website and dedicated app, and you can participate by simply registering your email address and password. Since its launch in July, about 18,000 posts (about 160 per day) have been received by November 18, and active exchanges are taking place.

 

In an interview with Good Travel News Agency, Aomori Prefecture expressed its willingness to "achieve the target number of members for this year, but we would like to welcome more participants in conjunction with winter tourism PR."

 

In the future, in Aomori in winter, there will be hot springs, as well as popular events such as the "Aomori Winter Festival" and "Hachinohe Enburi" held in February. The ice in the Hakkoda Mountains is in full bloom.
