Keio Department Store Shinjuku "Ishikawa Fukui Products and Tourism Exhibition" - Full of the charm of Noto (1/24~29)
Keio Department Store Shinjuku will hold the "Ishikawa-Fukui Products and Tourism Exhibition" from January 24 (Fri) ~ 29 (Wed), 2025. A total of 62 stores from Ishikawa and Fukui are scheduled to open in the event hall on the 7th floor.

This year's second event will be "Everyone's Support! There are attractive items from Noto, such as gourmet foods made with ingredients unique to Noto and accessories that make use of traditional techniques. Stores that were unable to open stores due to the earthquake at the time of last year's event are also scheduled to participate.
From Fukui Prefecture, new specialties and gourmet foods created with the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen "Tsuruga Station" in March last year will also appear.
In one corner of the event hall, a PR corner will be set up to introduce tourist information about Ishikawa and Fukui, and maps and pamphlets describing tourist attractions will be distributed.
During the event, a donation box for the "Reiwa 6 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund" will be set up, and the collected funds will be used to support disaster victims through the Japan Red Cross Society.

In the Noto special feature, "dried fugu soy sauce" (432 yen) and "dried red fish sauce" (756 yen) are available from the morning market in Wajima City. It is a flavorful gem finished with local soy sauce.
In addition, the "squid no tetsugunyaki" (1,296 yen), which uses branded squid caught at Ogi Port, one of Japan's three largest squid fishing ports, has an exquisite taste of ginger miso.

From Fukui Prefecture, there is a menu where you can enjoy local flavors, such as "Ten-grated soba and mini sauce katsudon" (1,900 yen), which combines the famous Echizen grated soba noodles with tender pork tenderloin sauce katsudon, and "Fukui Ramen Kataikeno" (980 yen), which uses plenty of Fukui ingredients.
