The Tourism Association of Toba City, Shima Peninsula, Mie Prefecture will hold a "Drive-in Haunted House" at a vacant store on Iwasaki Street in the city center on Saturdays and Sundays from October 2nd ~ October 31st.

The theme of the haunted house is "Sea Curse Edition". The fully drawn story is as follows.

The location of the haunted house is a 3-minute walk from Toba Station on the Kintetsu Shima Line, and is a vacant store on Iwasaki Street (formerly Nishiguchi Shoten). The participation fee is 6,000 yen per car (up to 4 people). The date and time are Saturday and Sunday, October 2nd ~ 31st (Sunday). Between 13 and 18 o'clock, 15 performances a day every 20 minutes. It takes 15 minutes per session. Reservations can be made from the official website of the Tourism Association.
The haunted house was implemented with the aim of revitalizing the city during the Corona disaster. Participants climbed into a haunted house car and experienced the performance. No car or license required. Performances take place outside the vehicle and in spaces separated by partitions, with no direct contact between participants and cast members.
