Hotel Continental Fuchu, No. 1 in Bijiho Breakfast, offers a special course (Japanese, Western, and Chinese) of "Natural Cod Sprouts" directly from the ranch

Hotel Continental Fuchu in Fuchu City, Tokyo, will offer a limited number of Japanese, Western, and Chinese courses using natural cod sprouts from the directly managed farm Tohoku Ranch (Tohoku Town, Aomori Prefecture) until mid-May 2025 at three restaurants in the hotel.

Natural products are rare among the sprouts of spring wild cod, and their unique bitterness, aroma, and crunch are attractive. In the course, cod sprouts grown by pesticide-free recycling-based agriculture at Tohoku Ranch are carefully picked and used by skilled hands.

 

Japanese, Western, and Chinese chefs offer courses that bring out the charm of cod sprouts with their own techniques. All prices are 10,000 yen, and reservations can be made by direct telephone to each restaurant. Access to the hotel is a 1-minute walk from Fuchu Station and North Exit on the Keio Line.
