Tochigi Prefecture, "Tochigi Travel Weekday Accommodation Campaign" - A total of 115 people won accommodation coupons worth up to 100,000 yen

Tochigi Prefecture will hold the "Tochigi Travel Weekday Accommodation Campaign" from May 19 (Monday) ~ July 13 (Sunday), 2025. A total of 115 people will win prizes, including accommodation coupons worth up to 100,000 yen, by lottery for users who stay at accommodation facilities in the prefecture for two or more nights on weekdays and 5,000 yen or more per person per night. Applicants must live in Japan. Accommodation conditions can be consecutive nights at the same facility or a total of 2 nights or more at another facility within the period. "Weekday accommodation" refers to accommodation that is checked in other than Saturday.

There are two ways to apply. First, submit the image data of the accommodation certificate (receipt or receipt) issued by the accommodation facility or travel agency from the application form on the official campaign website. Next, follow the official Instagram and post a travel photo with "#とちぎ旅2025". Winners who enter on Instagram will submit an image of proof of accommodation after being notified of their winning. The application deadline is Thursday, July 31.

Prizes will be given to a total of 115 winners: A prize worth 100,000 yen (15 winners), B prize 50,000 yen (25 winners), C prize 30,000 yen (35 winners), and D prize "Tochigi Wagyu beef worth 10,000 yen (40 winners)".

Through the campaign, Tochigi Prefecture is proposing weekday trips in the Nikko and Nasu areas, which have been crowded in recent years, especially on weekends. A similar campaign is scheduled to be launched in winter 2025.
