Ibaraki Prefecture Holding events at the Akinuma Nature Park campground and nearby campgrounds|Content that can be enjoyed both for day trips and overnight stays
Ibaraki Prefecture will hold a camping event for two days on Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 at the main venue "Akinuma Nature Park Campground" and two sub-venue campgrounds.
A total of 32 businesses will set up stalls at this venue, including restaurants, shops, and experience booths. Shops such as seafood from Oarai, local burgers from Kasumigaura catfish, BBQ with vegetables from the prefecture, and outdoor gear manufacturers have opened. At the sub-venue, we will offer activity experiences such as fishing, canoeing, and persimmon picking.
If you wish to stay overnight, you can stay at the campgrounds at the Akinuma Nature Park campground, as well as the nearby Oarai Sun Beach Campground and Shimohaji Haniwa Campground.
Admission is free for day trips. Accommodation and experiences are booked in advance. On the special event site, the first reception 10/2 (Sat) ~, the 2nd reception 10/18 (Mon) ~ acceptance. The price is 2,200 yen ~ for accommodation only. In addition, there are plans such as accommodation + experience and day trip experience.
Access to the Akinuma Nature Park Campground (Ibaraki Town) is about 15 minutes by car from the Mito Minami IC on the North Kanto Expressway. By train, get off at Oarai Station on the Kashima Rinkai Railway and take a taxi for about 15 minutes.
