From Friday, October 28, Miyako Hotel Gifu Nagaragawa in Gifu City will start pre-ordering accommodation plans that include the Gifu Bungee Experience, the highest bungee jump in Japan.

Yaotsu-cho, where the bungee venue is located, is about 70 minutes by car from the hotel. Each participant is allowed to move on their own. It is an 8-minute walk from the private parking lot to the venue. At the site, there is a new bridge with a height of 215 m and a total length of 462 m, and you can jump towards the Tabiashi River below.

The price of the accommodation plan is 33,000 yen ~ for 1 room for 1 single person with breakfast for 1 night, 40,000 yen ~ for 2 people for River View Twin, 45,000 yen ~ for 3 people per room with River View Twin. All accommodation plans include a bungee experience fee for one person (list price 2,5000 yen).

For the bungee experience, you will wear a wingsuit and GoPro helmet. It takes about 2 hours from reception to finish. You are not allowed to bring your own photographic equipment. Participants must weigh 40kg~100kg, be at least 15 years old and be in good health. If you have any medical conditions, you need to consult with the Bungee organizers.

The location of the hotel overlooks Mt. Kinka and the Nagara River, and is close to the main tourist attractions in Gifu City.
