Fukui Prefecture and other prefectures will operate the "Wakasa Road Restaurant Bus 2021" from October 23 (Sat) ~ November 22 (Mon) to visit meals, food production areas, and sightseeing spots on an open-top restaurant bus.
The tour is 7 courses, 10 days and nights. Seven chefs from Reinan in Fukui Prefecture will entertain the participants. For example, "Enchanting French Marriage of Seasonal Local Ingredients and Wine ~ Walking around Obama and Sanchocho full of emotion and Nadasho / Starry Sky", "Blissful Italian Soñopoli and autumn babbling / Shinjo mountain stream village", "Elegant Japanese kappo Yamadeto, beautiful Tsuruga Bay, Crystal Beach, Saifukuji Temple in Akisai", etc. Travel time is 4 hours 45 minutes ~ 7 hours 15 minutes.
The bus has two floors, with a kitchen on the first floor and seats on the second floor. There are 5 seats for 4 people, 3 seats and 1 table for 2 people. The capacity is 25 people in 7 groups for each plan on a first-come, first-served basis. The participation fee is 12,000 yen ~ 19,500 yen for adults, and a prefectural discount campaign can be applied. Elementary school students and younger are not allowed to participate.
