Call for New Ideas for Kyoto Tourism|JTB Travel Voucher for the Grand Prize

Until May 11, 2021, the Kyoto City Tourism Association is accepting submissions for "New Kyoto Tourism Ideas" that embody sustainable Kyoto tourism. The grand prize will receive a JTB travel voucher worth 100,000 yen, and the excellence prize will receive a humidifying air purifier.

Anyone over the age of 18 living in Japan can apply. This is the third time a state of emergency has been declared, and the project is to ask people at home to come up with ideas for GW.
In response to the recent experience of tourism pollution due to the rapid increase in foreign tourists and the tourism crisis due to the new coronavirus, the Tourism Association and the city established the "Kyoto Tourism Code of Conduct (Kyoto Tourism Moral)" in November 2020, a tourism code of conduct with consideration for local citizens and local cultures as the first priority.
