Fukutsu City, Fukuoka Prefecture|Sightseeing site "Kagami no Kai" reveals a reflection photo spot on the coast
In May 2021, the Tourism Association of Fukutsu City, Fukuoka Prefecture released the tourism website "Kagami no Kai" to introduce sandy beaches where you can take reflection photos.

Tourism Sites The Fukuma Coast, Miyajihama, and Tsuyazaki Coast, which are about 3 km long, are prone to stooping seas, tides, low tides, sunset times, calendars, and photographs taken. In the future, we plan to release a wavy line graph that shows the tides of one day that shows the timing of shooting. In addition to Japanese, the site is available in English and Chinese (simplified).
The most likely time to take a picture of the sea is at high and medium tides, when tide pools form on the beach or when the sand gets wet. Even if the conditions are right, there are cases where you can't bend over to the sea.
As for the reflection photo, since the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, South America, became a popular spot for Japan travelers, new spots such as Chimogahama in Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture, and Shiraho Beach on Ishigaki Island in Okinawa Prefecture were gaining popularity as Lake Uyuni in Japan.
The Fukuma Coast is about 1 hour from Hakata Station to Fukuma Station by high-speed train and on foot. Sea turtles visit the coastline to lay eggs, and the beauty of the beach is preserved by the cleanup activities of the locals.
