ANA Ranked No. 1 in the World for On-Time Arrival Rate (Average of 838 Companies Surveyed) Announced by Sirius of the British Aeronautical Survey

The ANA Group was recognized as No. 1 in both the global and Asia-Pacific regions in terms of on-time arrival rates in the 2021 on-time on-time performance review of major airlines published by the British Aviation Survey Cirium, and won The On-Time Performance Awards. The company's research is considered the global benchmark for airline and airport performance.

ANA ranked first in on-time arrival rates in the world and Asia Pacific in both of the two categories of mainline airlines and network of group airlines, and ANA was recognized as No. 1 in four categories.
ANA's on-time arrival rate is 95.04% for mainline segments worldwide. The network sector is 95.28%.

In 2021, ANA began informing customers of the boarding start time and congestion forecasts for domestic flights and security checkpoints at Haneda Airport the day before departure.
