Shinjuku Prince Hotel, in collaboration with Tokyu Sports Oasis, a fitness club, will offer a stay-type program "One Week Stay Packed with Nutrition, Exercise, and Relaxation" that supports healthy body building for 6 nights and 7 days from Sunday, February 20.

The program was developed for those who are conscious of their health and those who feel a lack of exercise during the coronavirus pandemic. The goal is to stay at a hotel for one week and acquire healthy lifestyle habits through nutrition, exercise, and relaxation, which are said to be the three elements of health.
The program includes 7 days of use of Tokyu Sports Oasis (Shinjuku 24plus and other group facilities near the hotel), 2 personal training sessions (2/20 and 25), dinner advised by a registered dietitian (2/20), 6 days of special breakfast supervised by a registered dietitian, running events in the Shinjuku area (2/23), and morning yoga on the top floor of the hotel (2/26). In addition, you can use 6 drink coupons and a lounge limited to guests when working. Discounted dinner tickets at the hotel's restaurant are also available.
