Odawara City Tourism Association|Mindfulness experience at the castle tower of Odawara Castle|For the stress of the corona disaster
From late January to March, the Odawara City Tourism Association will hold a special experience "Mindfulness Meditation at the Castle" a total of six times outside of Odawara Castle's business hours.

Mindfulness regulates the mind and body and reduces stress. The Corona disaster is attracting attention.
On the day of the experience, outside of Odawara Castle's business hours (7:00 and 17:30), you will experience meditation on the top floor of the castle tower. The instructor is an instructor who is also the abbot of a temple in Odawara City. 岩山知実氏(Flying Monk) lectures with humor and kindness.
The dates and times are 1/29 (Sat) 17:30~19:00, 2/5 (Sat) 7:00~8:30, 2/12 (Sat) 17:30~19:00, 3/5 (Sat) 17:30~19:00, 3/12 (Sat) 7:00~8:30, 3/19 (Sat) 17:30~19:00.
The fee is 5,000 yen per person and 3,500 yen per person for a group of 2 or more. With Odawara Castle Gojo seal benefits.
